Chicken curry (Filipino style)
I adapt all my husband's spices and it turned out great. One of the best filipino dish I've made.
Steps

Sautè garlic and onion for 3-5 mins until soft.

Marinate chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Add marinated chicken and cook for 15-20 mins until it changed in color.

Add curry powder followed by coconut milk and mix. Let it stand for 5 mins then add thai curry paste (optional) for spicy taste. Let it stand for 20-30 mins until it absorbs.

Add sugar to taste and a cup of water if necessary.

Add fried potato and carrots. Let it boil for 5-7 mins. Ready to serve! Enjoy!
