Ingredients

2 hours
1 small loaf (7x3.5)
  1. 230 graw rice soak in the water overnight
  2. 50 gfrozen berries
  3. 100 gwater (you can use soy milk too)
  4. 20 golive oil
  5. 4 gsalt
  6. 15 gsugar
  7. 4 gdry yeast
  8. 20 gwarm water(120-130F)

    Wash the rice and soak in the water overnight and drained thoroughly before making.

    Thaw 50g frozen berries

  3. 3

    Use blender. mix rice, soy milk, berries, olive oil, salt 1min, 3 times until the grains of rice are gone.

    While blending, place warm water, sugar, yeast in a cup.

    The grains of rice are gone and look like smooth cream, add the inside of the cup and mix for about 30 seconds.

    Pour into a pound cake mold, ferment in the oven. about 20 minutes.

    IF THERE IS NO FERMENTATION FUNCTION IN YOUR OVEN SET THE OVEN AT 170 °C (350°F) FOR 1-2 MINUTES AND TURN THE SWITCH OFF.
    you can use it as fermentation function oven.

    When it rises about 1.5 times bigger, let it outside (put it in a slightly warm place to continue fermentation) set the oven 180 °c (380 °f)

    Bake it in the oven at 380°F(180℃)for 35 minutes

  10. 10

    Cool it on the rack.
