Canned Pacific Saury & Tofu with Eggs

I love canned Pacific Saury. I basically make this when I feel like I need just one more dish and have some canned Pacific Saury available. It's just so easy.
You don't have to use Pacific Saury, you can use canned mackerel, or canned sardines too. Recipe by Necchan

Steps
- 1
Put the ☆ ingredients into the frying pan. Break apart the tofu and flake the Pacific Saury (with the juices) and add to the pan. Turn the heat to high.
- 2
When it begins to bubble, pour in the beaten egg and sprinkle on the cut chives. Cover with a lid (while still on high heat), and let it cook until the egg is half-cooked. Turn off the heat.
- 3
The total time is maybe just 10 minutes? You can make this dish in a jiffy. I don't think the ingredients even cost more than 200 yen. If you're going to make this as a rice bowl topping, decrease the water to 80 ml and leave everything else the same.
