Perfect to save your baby marrow when they start going off.
Steps

Take a vegetable peeler to cut thin long strips out of the baby marrow. Place in a jar.

In a pot add the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and peppercorns.

Heat gently. As soon as it starts to simmer remove from the heat.
- 4
Pour the hot liquid over the baby marrow in the jar.
- 5
Cool down and you can enjoy it within an hour.
