1 canblack beans

Chop the red onion. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chops red onion. Fry until translucent. Remove from the pan.

Open the can of black beans and add to the pan. Cook until all the liquid is evaporated.

Add the onion back and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
