Wash and soaked urad dal for 3-4 hours, grind it

Take suji tie potali in a cotton cloth and steam for 30 minutes

Cool the steamed rava and mix both uraddal paste and rava by using hands for 2,3min. cover with lid and ferment for 6, 8hours or overnigh

Add salt to fermented batter and enough water to make idli batter consistency,pour in greased idli mould and steam for 10,12min.

Serve it
