Ingredients

  1. 400 gSweet potato
  2. 40 gSugar
  3. DashSalt
  4. 1 tablespoon ★Shiratamako(glutinous rice flour )
  5. 20 g ★Sugar
  6. 50g★ Cake flour
  7. 70cc ★Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam sweet potato until the center is cooked.

  2. 2

    Mash it, and strain it with the bottom of colander.

    Add sugar and salt to the sweet potato, and mix it. Then put it into a square container horizontally. Leave it for a while.

    Put ★s in order and mix it.

  5. 5

    Warm electronic griddle to 180°C. And dip one side of the paste to ④, and put on it.

  6. 6

    Remove the paste of ③ from the container carefully, and cut it in 12.

  7. 7

    Warm electric griddle to 180°C. Dip one side of the past, and put on it.

  8. 8

    Cook every side one by one. Then it's better to remove the extra dough.

  9. 9
