Ingredients

2 cupswhipping cream powder
1 cupcold water
1 cupcondensed milk
1 tbspvanilla flavor

Steps

In a bowl, mix whipped cream powder and water and mix until stiff

Add condensed milk and vanilla flavor. Combine and add into a bowl and freeze for 6-7 hrs

Scoop and serve after chilled. Enjoy😋😋
