Select your preferred Spices and Soy Sauce.

Mix the Spices together in a nice cut bowl hihi. 😁😁

Add the Dark Soy Sauce and mix well. I don't add salt because I believe the Salt in the Soy is sufficient. Rub the mixture all over the Chicken Breasts in a separate bowl, sorry guys I didn't take a photo of that part lol. 🙈🙈

Add the Olive Oil or Cooking Oil to your Frying Pan then carefully place your Chicken Breasts inside.

On the side, cut the Onions and Red Capsicum or Hoho.

I love my Onions in semicircles for garnish purposes. The Red Capsicum or Hoho strips work wonders for the Chicken.

Fry the Chicken Breasts for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

Add the Red Capsicum or Hoho on top at around 4 minutes to removal time. I love them crunchy hence don't leave them on the heat for too long.

Carefully remove the Chicken from the Pan using a Spatula and place it on a Plate. Smells amazing!! I couldn't resist and had to cut right into it for a quick taste. 🤭🤭

Add Onions onto the same Pan and fry for around 6 minutes over high heat, sprinkle some Black Pepper, Turmeric and Paprika to taste.

Add a portion of the Onions on the Plate with the Chicken Breast.

I loooove Cheese hence chopped some Brown's Cheddar Cheese and added ontop.

Place the Plate in the Air Fryer, Oven or Microwave for 1 minute to melt the Cheesy Goodness.

Serve with a glass of chilled on the rocks Mint Gin & Tonic Cocktail.
