❤️Chicken Meatballs❤️

It was my husband's birthday, and he told me he just wanted to eat at home and not go to a restaurant. He especially wanted to eat the chicken meatballs I make, so I rolled up my sleeves to cook for my beloved husband ❤️
Chicken meatballs tend to be a bit dry, so I added ground pork and milk. I checked online and found that a 3:7 ratio makes the best meatballs ❤️
I hope everyone will like it ❤️
This recipe is inspired by IKEA's Swedish meatballs 🇸🇪

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2
Next, add butter to a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic. You can use regular oil, but butter gives a better aroma. Sauté until golden brown, then turn off the heat and set aside.
- 3
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and mince them. If you're using ground chicken, you can skip this step.
- 4
Next, put all the main ingredients and seasonings into a large bowl and start mixing and pounding. I like to wear gloves and pound the meat mixture. If you have a mixing bowl, you can use it too.
- 5
I made my chicken meatballs a bit larger 🤏 I made 37 of them.
- 6
Pour some oil into a frying pan and turn to medium-low heat. Slowly fry until golden brown. Don't turn the heat too high, or they will burn and look unappealing. I fry a small amount at a time, and once one side is slightly cooked, I start shaking the pan so each side gets fried.
- 7
After frying, remove from the pan. It's okay if they're not fully cooked inside. Let the chicken meatballs stand on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and bake for about 20 minutes.
- 8
After baking, they smell wonderful. Today, I served them with roasted potatoes and tomato vegetable soup for my husband ❤️
For any leftover chicken meatballs, let them cool, then portion and freeze them. Next time you want to eat them, just heat them in the oven or microwave.

Italian Chicken Meatballs Italian Chicken Meatballs
I made the Italian version of my regular chicken meatballs.Use any combination of ground chicken thigh and breast, or stick with one cut of meat.Your meat patties will end up juicier if you just use thigh meat. If you just use breast meat, it'll turn out simple but a little tougher. My family likes these with a higher ratio of thigh meat. Recipe by Mayu dish cookpad.japan -

Meatballs Meatballs
These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist. fenway -
