  • 1 tea spooncumin
  • 1 tea spoonblack seed
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 table spoonred chilli falkes
  • 2.3chopped tomatoes
  • Spring onions for garnishing

    Take a wok add oil add cumin then black seed.saute for 5 mins until fragrance of cumin comes.

    Add potatoes. Fry for 5 mins.then add spices.fry more.add tomatoes.mix well to incorporate add half cup of water and cover.after 5 mins aloo fry ready to serve
