Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1large tomato, seeded, small diced
  3. 1 stalkgreen onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1red chilli pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
  5. 1/4 tspsalt or to taste
  6. 1/8 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
  7. 1/2 Tbspvegetable oil
  8. Ground spices:
  9. 3 clovesshallots
  10. 2 clovesgarlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs. Add ground spices, tomato, and green onions.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and white pepper powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Make an omelette. Remove from the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve over warm rice. Yum! 😋
