Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Lay sheet of frozen pie on a baking tray, score a border around the edge.
Thinly slice apples.
Evenly spread the apricot glaze in the center of the pastry sheet.

Arrange the apples ontop and sprinkle with spoonful of sugar.
Brush around the crust with the egg wash
Place the butter cubes over the apples.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Notes: brush around the crust with the egg wash (1 large egg yolk + 1t water)
if you like sprinkle powder sugar on top. goes well with ice cream
