Ingredients

  1. Squid tube (crossed line and sliced)
  2. sliceSourdough toast
  3. olive oil
  4. garlic
  5. Sauce
  6. 1/2red pepper
  7. 1garlic
  8. 1bit of thyme and parsley
  9. 1/2medium tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Make sure squid is cleaned and removed the plastic sheet on it.

  2. 2

    Blend the sauce and add olive oil and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Prepare the toast, pour some olive oil and rub some garlic on it. Toast and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock into the pan.

  5. 5

    In another pan, add a bit of oil and cook the squid for 2 mins. Mix the squid sauce.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
