Ingredients

  1. 6roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  2. 1/2red onion, minced
  3. 3 tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro
  4. 1/2jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  5. 1/2lime, juiced
  6. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 1 pinchgarlic powder
  8. 1 pinchground cumin, or to taste
  9. salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stir the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
