This is another artistic recipe of sindh(sewhan sharif). In winter, mostly they use fresh garlic and fenugreek with typical aroma. This kunna fish, I made in pan,kunna is used for presentation. If you have kunna at home, make in it.

This is another artistic recipe of sindh(sewhan sharif). In winter, mostly they use fresh garlic and fenugreek with typical aroma. This kunna fish, I made in pan,kunna is used for presentation. If you have kunna at home, make in it.
Steps

First step is common, as sprinkle salt properly at fish. Set a side for an hour and wash.

Separate green part of garlic, cut finely. Cut finely spinach, fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.

Add oil in a pan, add white part of garlic(fine slice). When it becomes golden,add 1 cup of water, simmer and add coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and green part of garlic, stir and add dry ingredients and cook.

Stir and cook, till masala becomes smooth, add fish and cook lightly from both sides.for 5 minutes. Take out and set aside.

In the same masalah add spinach,cook for few minutes and add all veggies. Cook until oil is separated,add tamarind pulp.

Mix and add approx: 1 glass of water, also add fish pieces. Put at low flame for 10 - 15 minutes.until veggies are done and thick curry is made.
