It's a lovely Korean street food. Has creamy, velvety texture alongwith little crispy from outside.

In a deep frying pan mix egg yolk with sugar and salt first. Then add the cornstarch and mix well. Now add the milk, vanilla essence and mix them without forming any lumps.

Now put on the flame. Cook on low to medium flame.Cook until a creamy, velvety pudding like texture forms.Add the cheese.Again mix. Turn off the flame.

Take a glass or plastic tray.Grease with butter. Now pour the custard into it. Spread uniformly with the help of a spatula. Tap a little and cover it with a lid.

Refrigerate for 2hours.

After refrigerating open the lid. Just pass a knife alongside the custard.

Now take out the whole thing on a flat surface carefully.

Cut into pieces as desired sizes.

Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the custard pieces for 2to3 mins from both the sides.

Serve immediately.

You can refrigerate beforehand also. And fry when required.
