2 tbicing sugar or other sweetner
3 dropsred food coloring
12biscof biscuits
75 grblueberries
1 tbvanilla essence

Whip the cream with the sugar to soft peaks

Put in mascarpone and cheese. Add vanilla and coloring.

Crumble the biscuits.

Take 8 small glasses. Put a layer of biscuits then the cheese mix biscuits again.

Top with fruit and give a dusting of icing sugar
