Soak the rice for half an hour.

Cut potatoes, onions, and make tomato puree.

Now set a cooker to flame and add oil to it.

Scatter cumin over it and wait till it pops.

Now add onions to it and saute.

Now, when the onions are perfectly cooked and golden, add tomato puree.

Now add salt, chilli, turmeric.

Now add cut potatoes, peas and soaked rice including water they were soaked in.

Bring the pressure cooker to 4 whistles and turn off the flame.

Now let the cooker release pressure completely and open the cooker.

The rice are ready..enjoy!
