Ingredients

  • 600 gRed plums
  • Fresh lemon juice- 1 lemon
  • 500 gSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the seed from your plum

    Put in a saucepan add sugar and lemon juice. Let it cook for 30-40 minutes as you keep stirring to check for consistency. You can add some bit of water if too thick

    Let it cool off abit then blend and put in your jar for storage
