Steps

Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.

Boil water, add the rice, oil and salt. Cook till 80% of rice is done.

In a big kadai, add the whole garam masala, green chillies, onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute till translucent.

Then add the chopped veggies. Saute well but dont let the crunchiness go away from the veggies.

Add the dry masalas, salt. Add the boiled rice. Mix everything nicely. Cover and cook till done.

Serve immediately hot hot pulav
