  1. 1 kgSeasoned Chevon
  2. 5Diced Tomatoes
  3. 5Diced Pepper
  4. Onion Rings
  5. CubesSeasoning
  6. 1 tspCurry Powder
  7. 1/2 tspAll-purpose Seasoning
  8. Lil Salt
  9. 5 tbsVeg Oil

Steps

20mins
  1. 1

    Refrigerate seasoned Chevon for 1 hour or overnight

  2. 2

    Cook with moderate water just same level with meat but check at intervals for taste and water level

  3. 3

    Now cook for 15mins at most such that water is almost dry

  4. 4

    Drain,set aside

  5. 5

    Now heat up oil,add onions and pepper stir fry for 1min

  6. 6

    Add seasoning tomatoes on low heat,stir fry till it becomes well mixed,taste for salt before adding salt

  7. 7

    Now add, meat,stir fry till well combined,add hell pepper,stir in,for 1min

  8. 8
