An easy peasy Dip or Chutney for all your favourite Snacks. It's a quick one and can be stored for more than a Week if refrigerated.
It goes well with Potato Chips too.
Not only that, it can be relished with Parathas, Khichdi, The Thepla, Mathris etc.

Steps

First of all, roast all the Seeds on a low flame. Set aside to cool.

Wash and deseed the Tamarind. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blitz until smooth. Add water as required. Do not add much. Adjust Salt and you are good to go.

Enjoy it with your favourite Snacks as a yummy Dip. You will love it. Yum!
