Steps

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrot.
Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add red chilli powder,haldi,coriander powder and roast it. - 2
Now add cut carrot and potatoes and mix well,cover and cook till soft the both veggies.

After soft the veggies add garam masala, amchur and mix well.
Serve hot with chapati.
