Peel the arbi. Wash it properly. Cut the arvi in pieces and chopped the garlic cloves

Heat oil in a pan, add yellow mustard seeds. Let it crackles, add hing, chopped garlic. Mix well, saute for one minute on medium flame.

Add arvi, all the above spices, mix well. Cover with the lid. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Open the lid, mix well, again cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame. Arvi ki sukhi sabzi is ready to serve.
