Meat Wrapped Green Beans and Carrots

I received lots of green beans so I made this dish using ingredients I had at home.
When cooking it, it's best to cook the joint of the meat first. When cooking the rest, roll the rolls in the same direction of the meat so that it doesn't fall apart. Recipe by Tecchan mama n

Carrot and Green Bean Pork Wraps Carrot and Green Bean Pork Wraps
I was thinking about making ginger pork saute but then inspiration hit me ...I should make meat wraps!! These are my new favorites You can make them with whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator ( ˇ ←)If you sprinkle the flour on right before cooking, the rolls will brown nicely. Some fat will come out of the pork; soaking it up with a paper towel will keep it from being too oily. When eating these as snacks to accompany alcohol, cooking them with garlic will make them even better. If you're making these for kids, add some cheese - they will love it. Meat Wrapped Tofu Meat Wrapped Tofu
I was searching for a hearty tofu dish for my tofu-loving husband, when I ran across a recipe that used firm tofu and beef! It was just as good with pork and grilled tofu, so this is now a family favorite.I garnished this with finely julienned cucumber, but sesame seeds, chopped green onion or snow peas and so on are OK too. Or you can just omit the garnish! The meat just has to be thin enough to wrap around the tofu; it doesn't have to be as thinly sliced as shabu-shabu meat.Beef is OK too of course. Adjust the size of the tofu pieces and the number of meat slices to your liking. For 4 servings. Recipe by Kawakamisan cookpad.japan -
