250grm sweet potato boil and mesh
1 tbspchopped cabbage
1 tbsp chopped carrot
as required some chopped capsicum
as required Some chopped onion
1green chili chopped
1/2 tspblack salt
1/4 tsppaper pawder
1/4 tspcumin powder
1/4 tspchat masala
1 tbspcornflour
as required Some coriander mint leaves chopped
as required Oil for fry

Take mesh potato and add all ingredients mix well dough

Now make cutlets and fry heated oil both aside

Transfer into serving plate and serve with mint chattny
4

Ready to serve enjoy with your family take care
