1/2 kgfish
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tsphaldi
1 tspjeera powder
1 Tspdhania powder
2 tbsgreen chutney
1 tbslemon juice
1/2rice flour or wheat flour
2 tbsrava or besan
1 tspajwain
as par tasteSalt
as required Oil

Clean fish and cut to long pieces marinate with dry masala lemon juice salt and chutney. Mix rice flour and rava add little. salt.

Take a piece of marinated fish and apply the flour.dust extra flour.now deep fry in a pan.let it cook on both side.fry till golden brown.
