Ingredients

10 minute
  • 1/2 cupAlmond piece
  • 1/2 cupCashew piece
  • 1/4 cuppistachio piece
  • 1 tablespoongrated date
  • 1/2 cupgrated Jaggery
  • 2 teaspoonhoney
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspoonghee

Steps

10 minute
  1. 1

    Heat a kadhai on medium flame. Add a ghee, sugar & Jaggery. Stir continue and till make a chasni.

  2. 2

    Switch off the flame. Add a honey and all dryfruits. Stir gentle and put out on the butter paper. Than put the above another butter paper. Role it with rolling pin. And cool down 2 minute.

  3. 3

    Remove the butter paper and and make a pieces. A very delicious, mouth watering, healthy Dryfruit Chikki is ready for serve.
