Super-Spicy! Cold Chinese Noodles

Since it's difficult to make the sauce from scratch, I use store-bought sauce for convenience.

For the sauce, you could use soy sauce or sesame sauce. I used soy sauce this time.
If you're using ichimi chili as a substitute for the Korean chili pepper, using a half-amount should be okay. If you like it spicy, of course you can increase the amount to your heart's content. Recipe by Ogunyanko

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1serving Cold Chinese noodles
  • 1/2 tbsp■Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp■Korean powdered chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp■Ground sesame seeds (white)
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • 100 gramsBoiled chicken
  • 1Cilantro
  • 1 tspSesame oil

Steps

    Thoroughly mix the ■ ingredients into the prepackaged sauce.

  2. 2

    Slice the cucumber diagonally, then julienne. Cut the boiled chicken into thin pieces.

  3. 3

    Boil the noodles as directed on the package, then shock in cold water.

  4. 4

    Transfer the noodles to a serving plate and top with the cucumber, chicken, and cilantro. Pour the sauce and sesame oil over it and it's complete.
