Kale and kumquat salad

Kumquat is a common winter ingredient in Japan. It is very nutritious because it can be eaten with the skin. It's a fruit, but it's popular to eat it as a salad around me.
Red Russian kale is soft, so I think it is suitable for salads among Karl's friends.

Steps
- 1
Soak the kale in cold water for about 20 minutes with the root down. The freshness will be restored.
- 2
Remove the leaves from the stem. Please remove it by pinching it instead of tearing it.
Make it a size that women can eat without opening their mouth wide. - 3
Cut the kumquat into slices. You can eat both the skin and the seeds, but if you are concerned about the texture, remove the seeds.
- 4
Drain the kale, serve it with kumquat and dress it, and you're done!
- 5
I think a refreshing dressing would suit. In the photo, I use homemade French dressing with Mirepoix.
