Oxtail soup

Steps

Wash oxtail thoroughly. Put in a pressure cooker and add enough water to cook the oxtail.

Crush garlic, slice ginger, onion and pepper. Add to the pot. Add thyme, black peppercorns and cloves.

Season with salt and buillion cubes and any spices of your choice. Add bayleaf. You can drizzle a little oil (optional)

Cover pressure cooker tightly and put on flame. Cook for about 45 to 50 minutes to obtain that fall off the bone texture😋😋

Release pressure cooker and wait for about 5 minutes before opening. Serve and enjoy.
