1. In a pressure cooker add ghee/ oil
2. Jeera, onion, ginger, garlic, fry well
3. Add tomatoes sauté it well until gets smashed the add turmeric, salt, asafoetida, garam masala mix it well
4. Add spinach and vazhaipoo + green peas one by one sauté it well
5. Then add the millets and dal again mix well, add the water (ratio is 1:2) - 2
6.Check the salt and spice
One it boil close the cooker allow it for 2-3 whistle s
7. Once the pressure release
Add one spoon of ghee mix well and serve
8. Raita or pickel goes well
