1st grease rolling pin and cutting board.

Dry roast seeds.set aside. Add oil in pan and caramelize the sugar. stir in b/w
- 3
Check sugar is completely melted or not.take a spoon of melted sugar in a bowl of tap water. rest for 30 secs. if melted sugar is soft. it is not completely caramelized. If it is hard.it is done.add seeds in it.stir continuously.

Take out mixture on a board. Spread with rollling pin.make slices of your choice

Rest for a min or 2 m. separate slices with knife. you can store it for 2 weeks.
