Vanilla cupcakes (spongy)

Cooking Instructions

Grease and dust your baking tin. Preheat your oven at 170 degrees C.

Sieve the flour and the baking powder together into a mixing bowl. Add in the salt and mix sing a bubble whisk. Set aside.

Cream the butter and the grinded sugar to a smooth consistency
- 4
Break in the eggs one by one as you mix in with a tsp flour at each interval
- 5
Add in half of the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and fold in properly. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and fold in till all flour is incoporated to a smooth batter.

Add in the milk in bits as you mix to your desired consistency. Add the vanilla essence.

Scoop the batter into the grased muffin tray to two-thirds full.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy

Let cool before removing from the tray
