🌻For Paste:
soak Moong Dal and Chana Dal for 1 & 2 hours in water. In a mixer jar, put some roughly chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Ginger and drain soaked Dal. Blend it and make a paste set aside. - 2

🌻For Dough:
in a bowl, put Rice Flour, Sesame, Chilli Flakes, Nigella Seeds, Garlic Paste, Dal Paste, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Salt to taste, Hot Oil, Coriander Leaves in it. Crumble and mix all well, and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm Water, and cover it, and keep it aside for 10 Minutes.

Then take greaseproof paper / plastic sheets (I used 2 sandwiches bag) grease some oil on it, then place the dough ball on the greaseproof paper / plastic sheet apply some oil on the dough balls. Then cover it with another paper/sheet and press it with hand or rolling pin and make it thin round shape.

Remove the paper/sheet from it and fry the cracker in the medium heated Oil and fry till just light golden colour (do not fry dark colour)
Now Crispy & Healthy rice flour’s Cracker will get ready to serve with salsa or any your favourite sauce/chatni.
