Ingredients

  • 250 gmsgrated carrots
  • 1 literfull fat milk
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  • as neededchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash peel and grate carrots

    In a heavy bottom pan pour milk when boil add grated carrot.

    Cook it on low flame until thick consistancy.Add sugar,cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
