250 gmTofu
1/2 cupgreen peas
1/2 cupwater
1 pinchTurmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
as tasteSalt
1 tbsp Garam masala
as required handfull of chopped coriander
2 tsp curd
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 red Green chilli
1 Green chilli
1tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds

1

Cut tofu in half inch size and marinat in curd & cumin powder
2

Heat oil add cumin seeds. add all dry masala cook for 2 sec
3

Add chopped tomato cook till oil release
4

Add tofu,carrot and peas cook till 5 min
5

Add water n cover it.. Cook till 5 min #tricolour22
