Take 1tbs oil in kadai. Add 1tbs peanuts and saute. Then add 1tdp mustard seeds, 1tsp urad dal, 1tsp chana dal and 1tsp cumin seeds and saute till they splutter. Add onion and green chillies saute till onions are soft. Then add cut tomatoes and saute. Add water and milk.

Add salt and curry leaves. Once boils add semolina and mix well. Add grated carrot and 1tbs ghee and mix again. Serve hot.
