Carrot-Rice Kheer

Wash and soak badmati rice for 1 hour.Boil milk and add rice to it.Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Add grated carrot and cook for 5 minutes.Add condenced milk and continue cooking on lowest flame

When rice is soft enough,mash slightly.Add half of dry fruits and reserve half for garnishing.

Adjust consistency.Add kewra water.Dish out and garnish with dry fruits.

Serve.
