Prawn Spaghetti with Tom Yum Goong 冬蔭功蝦肉意粉

Prepare cooked spaghetti

Panfry prawn heads until golden, followed by shallots

Add 250ml cold water, lemongrass, galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, chili and boil the sauce

Cook the sauce for 2 minutes with medium-low heat

Remove residue from the sauce

Add tomato, 2 teaspoon fishsauce, 2 teaspoon sugar and 0.5 teaspoon salt

Add coconut milk, lime juice and mix well

Panfry prawn meat to medium done and put aside

Mix the sauce with spaghetti and mix well
