Wash and Soak Sabudana pearls for 4-5 hours.

Assemble all ingredients

In pan add milk and allow to rolling boil for 4-5 times. Add bay leaf + cardamom + sugar and let sugar melt.

Now add soaked Sabudana and cook under medium flame till Sabudana pearls turns translucent and shiny.

Keep stirring occasionally and Sabudana pearls will plump and milk will thicken gradually. Add cashews also.

Simmer for few more minutes and switch off flame, after cooling it will thicken more.

Serve after few hours after cooling for better taste.

Garnish with dry fruits before serving.
