Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  • 400 gmmacroni
  • 1big onion cut in cubes
  • 1big Tomato cut in cubes
  • 4green chillies cut in slice
  • 8-10fine chopped garlic
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 bowlmacroni stock (water in which macroni is boiled)
  • 2 tablespoontomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoonchilli vinegar
  • as per tasteSalt and black pepper powder
  • as per tasteChilli flakes and mixed seasoning
  • 2 glasswater
  • as requiredOil
  • as per taste Chilli sauce (optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a pan add 2 glass of water and after a boil add all the macroni with little salt.

  2. 2

    Boil the macroni completely and than strain it and rinse it with cold water. Keep 1 bowl boiled macroni water aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadhai, add chopped garlic, onion and green chillies and saute.

  4. 4

    Than add chopped tomatoes and saute for a minute.

  5. 5

    Than add ketchup and Mayo and mix and add boiled water and continuosly mix it till become thick.

  6. 6

    Now add salt, black pepper powder and mix it.

  7. 7

    Now add boiled macroni and mix it.

  8. 8

    Than add vinegar and chilli flakes and mixed seasoning and mix it.

  9. 9

    You can add little chilli sauce (Optional).

  10. 10

    Ready to serve.
