  • 4potato peeled and cubed
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/4 tbspcumin seed
  • 1/4 tbsp each, red chilii, turmeric n coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • as per tasteSalt

    Gather all ingredients

  2. 2

    Heat a pan put oil in it, add spice, crackle it now potato, mix well, add salt cover it, cook it became soft

  3. 3

    Remove from heat,{ add chat masala lemon juice optional}, garnish with green coriander levees,ready, enjoy with chapati paratha or as a side dish
