Pierce the Baingan with knife
And stuff 2 to 3 whole pods of garlic into it, put the pierced bengan direct on gas burner. Roast it slowly and keep it aside. - 2
Remove the outer skin in and check it properly. Mash with help of hand with some mustard oil.

Take oil in a kadhai
At first add jeera, mustard seeds, two kinds of Chillies
Gradually add chopped garlic, ginger and onion fry it till it became little brown.
After that add Chopped tomatoes and spring onion followed by haldi, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes add matar after that add mashed baingan mix all these things together cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
