Mushrooms are very good for health so we include it in our diet. This one is all time favorite party snack of my family.

Mushrooms are very good for health so we include it in our diet. This one is all time favorite party snack of my family.
Steps

Wipe mushrooms, remove stems and keep aside. Scoop again with gentle hand.

Chop onion, tomato,mushroom stems. Fine chop chillies and garlic cloves.in pan add 1 tbspoon oil,once hot add chilli and chopped garlic.saute add onions and tomatoes.now add chopped mushroom stems

Saute,add red chilli powder,salt mix well.switch of the flame.allow it to cool down

Grate cheese cubes.I gave used regular cheese if you want, can use mozzarella. Now stuff mushrooms. Put grated cheese on each mushrooms and put chilli flakes and mixed herbs as well.

Heat fry pan,add 1 tbspoon oil put mushrooms on it.cover it with lid.cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame or till cheese melts. Enjoy with sauce or eat as it is. Doesn't required any chutney or dip. Enjoy
