8 gcherry/grape tomatoes, halved
Cooking oil
1carrot, diced
1/2onion, diced
1 cupveg stock
1 cupcoconut milk
1/3 cupdiced canned tomatoes
4 clovesgarlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Dried onion to taste
Paprika to taste
Brown sugar to taste
Dried basil to taste

Roast roma and cherry/grape tomatoes in the oven for 15 min

Combine roasted tomatoes and all over ingredients into insta pot

Pressure HIGH. Time 9 minutes

Leave warming on. Depressurize

Mix thoroughly
