As we all know and have noticed Goddess Saraswati wearing white saree with white flowers and pearls but it is said that her favourite colour is yellow. This is the reason why you can observe Devi Saraswati’s idols are always decorated with yellow flowers and sarees of the same colour.
Why not to eat yellow on this auspicious day? I made these idlis for the celebration. Eat healthy, be fit and stay wiser is all I wish for you all.
