Palak Mooli paratha
Steps

Squeeze the water from radish. Chop, wash & squeeze the spinach too.

Add radish, spinach, all the spices, oil & flour to a bowl. mix well.

Add radish water & knead the dough. *add water only if required as radish releases water.
- 4
Heat a Tawa.. roll chapati from the dough & cook like paratha.
- 5
Serve hot paratha with pickle, curd & chutney.
