I love to eat paneer so very often I try this simple yet delicious dish. On Monday I usually have vegetarian dishes so I prepare it without onion or garlic.

I love to eat paneer so very often I try this simple yet delicious dish. On Monday I usually have vegetarian dishes so I prepare it without onion or garlic.
Steps

Cut the paneer into cubes. Heat oil & shallow fry the potatoes & paneer cubes. Keep aside.

In the same oil saute bay leaf, whole garam masala & cumin seeds.

Fry the ginger paste, green chilies on low flame. Now add the chopped tomato. Add the masalas except for the garam masala powder. Add little water to it.

Add salt and sugar mix well. Add the fried potatoes and paneer. Add water as gravy required. Cook for another 15mins on low to medium flame.

Now add garam masala powder & ghee. Serve & enjoy.
